Well my neurologist mentioned to me one time that my migraines were probably associated with my bipolar disorder. And I do trust him. I'm not sure how it all ties together though.
I play Sims 3 if I'm stressed. I think it has to do with the fact that I am controlling whats going on whereas in my own life I have no control. I guess I'm not addicted to it because I don't have time to play it a whole lot.
