Was at your pannel....at blogher. Write after blogher I got a book deal and stopped writing at Celebrate the Silver lining but I am still here. Things have been a little crazy. It's been brilliant finding Chronicbabe.com and here - previously I had only been able to find forums full of people (mostly older) who had all given up on even trying to live, and websites telling met hings I would probably never do again and so this is a fabulous, fabulous breath of fresh air - I'm not the only one suffering but not happy to surrender! I suddenly feel much less alone - thank you so much for setting this up, and proving that it's possible to live (more or less) like I used to - You're an inspiration :) Hope you're well (as possible!)xx

P.S. I noticed on your profile you have anxiety. I JUST posted a quick and REALLY effective technique for anxiety on my blog: www.JudithWesterfieldFibromyalgia.blogspot.com. I have taught it to 100's of people and if you do it it works! (It also helps with fibro as it "cools" the overloaded system from the chronic overload that fibro creates -- nota cure butit does help)
