I would recommend IV therapy. Here is a link to an article that you can take to your doctor in case he/she isn't familiar with the possible meds to use.

I'm sorry to hear you also live with Chronic Migraines. What started out as just a monthly hell turned daily almost two decades ago, and I've been on a journey to better health for the past 11 years. In that time I've learned to appreciate all the good things in my life, and even the not so good; those are the lessons that have taught me who I am.
