H1N1 vaccine

Does anyone know where you can get the H1N1 vaccine in Georgia? I cannot get the nasal one because of my auto immune disease and my medications. I am immuno suppressed and need the injectable vaccine. I am having a really hard time finding it for myself even though I should be in the high risk category. I have been told that because I am older than 24 years, I am in the second tier. I am 35 and have a chronic illness. According to the CDC's webpage, they do not mention a first and second tier. I am so confused. I should just fall under the high risk category that is mentioned on the CDC webpage. Has anyone else had trouble finding the vaccine? Does anyone know where I can go or another website I can try? I am very nervous. I wear a mask whenever I take public transportation and am around a lot of people. This is just crazy!

If you primary Doc doesn't have them try your County/Township offices. The Walgreen's and CVS drug store chains and a few of the other pharmacies in our are area offering them. Good luck

Thank you so much! I had tried all of those, and exhausted all my options, so I thought. Today, I was watching the 12pm news and they said my county (DeKalb Co. GA) got a shipment of the injectable H1N1 vaccines. I ran over there. I waited from 1 until 5:30pm, but I have been immunized finally. Thanks for your help. Our drugstores have not gotten the H1N1 yet, and the other places were only giving to children and pregnant women and parents of babies. My doctor's office screwed up royally and told me I was not supposed to get it in the first tier of people that got it in the office, but when I called back the next time when they were already out of it, they told me I was supposed to have gotten it. It has been nuts!!! Thanks for your help. The County Health Dept. was finally my saving grace!
